All Work and No Play? We Need No Dull Boys!
Here, at 18th Technology, we have an open culture, where everyone can talk to everyone – no formalities. In fact, we conduct skip meetings at regular intervals so that no employee concerns remain unresolved. We not only ask our employees to come forward with work-related issues, but also encourage them to give suggestions for making life @18th better. And if the suggestions are good, we don’t think twice before turning them into reality.
One of our employees thought it would be a good idea to add team-building activities to our monthly birthday celebrations. Guess what – these activities have been integral to our celebrations ever since. On the last day of every month, we throw ourselves an hour-long party that sees us letting our hair down and enjoying to the core!
Birthdays are fun. But there are months when there are no birthdays. So what do we do then? Well, we just a need a reason to celebrate – birthdays or no birthdays, we always live by this principle:
Work Hard, Party Harder!
We celebrate every festival – Diwali, Holi, Eid – you just name it! At 18th Technology, religion doesn’t divide people, it brings us together!
We celebrate all the national festivals with equal enthusiasm – they bind us in a thread of unity and brotherhood. We organise a kite-flying competition on the 15th of August, every year. Everyone is dressed for the occasion – boys in kurtas and girls in salwar suits and sarees – quite a spectacle! 26th of January is no different.
